  • KICKBOXING

    Learn everything from the fundamentals of kickboxing to advanced techniques in Muay Thai. Not only will you improve as a martial artist, but you will get a great workout drilling with partners, holding focus mitts and throwing combinations on heavy bags.

  • BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

    Learn how to escape from dangerous positions on the ground and use offensive techniques that emphasize leverage and control to neutralize and submit opponents of any size. Gi and No-Gi classes on the schedule.

  • KICKBOXING CIRCUITS

    Get a great workout all while learning the basics. This interval-based class combines the fundamental striking techniques from kickboxing with cardio and full body strength exercises.

  • STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

    Take your fitness to the next level with this total body workout designed to increase strength, improve your cardio, and enhance performance with sport-specific drills.

  • PRIVATE TRAINING

    Private and small group sessions allow for the opportunity to have an individualized training program to facilitate progress and understanding. These are available to members and visitors of all ages.
